This is a set of four large, aperitif, shot or liqueur glasses from the Victorian or Edwardian period.
They've been nicely decorated, first with an acid-etched, floral pattern and then with the application of circular glass ornaments to the sides. The bases have also been stamped or pressed with a radial pattern of 16 points.
They're an interesting set of old glasses and with a 100ml capacity (a shot is around 43ml), they're a better size for savouring a straight spirit or liqueur.
What condition are they in?
