What's for sale?
This is a trio of teacup, saucer and plate, made by Booths Ltd of Tunstall, Stoke on Trent.
It's decorated in a traditional, oriental style pattern of a gorgeous blue on white, with gold highlights.
"Real Old Willow" depicts a waterside garden with willows, boats, pavilions and birds. This style was popular in Britain from the end of the 18th century onwards.
We like using non-identical, but similar trios to make up a tea set. They're interesting to use, nice to display and you can always change what's in the "set".
