Pewter Art Deco Style Sugar Shaker

What's for sale?

This is an Art Deco style, screw-top sugar shaker with a hammered finish and made from English, leadless pewter.

The shape is almost humanoid, like an Oscar, with cleaner lines.

There's no date or maker's mark other than "English leadless pewter" on the base, meaning it's made from 92% tin, plus copper and antimony and is safe for food use.

What condition is it in?

• Second-hand
• In fair to good condition
• There's a dent on the shoulder and below
• It leans to one side slightly
