A medium-size, handmade, stoneware teapot in celadon green. Second-hand.
What's for sale?
This is an attractive, medium-size, handmade, stoneware teapot.
It has a fresh and simple appearance and is beautifully made and finished in a pale green reminiscent of Japanese and Korean celadon pottery. The body is domed, with two loops through which the bent, wooden handle is threaded.
The mushroom lid fits perfectly and has deep sides to keep it place when the pot is tilted for pouring. The inside of the lid and teapot have also been treated inside with a high-gloss, brown glaze.
There is no makers mark and it could be from anytime since the 1970s or 1980s.
What condition is it in?

- In excellent condition
- No chips or cracks
- There is a nick in the clay on one side from manufacture
- No sign of use
