What's for sale?
This is a rope-length necklace, made from brown and amber-coloured, Venetian Murano glass.
There are 55 beads in total, threaded onto a black cord and knotted between each one.
There are five different shapes and sizes of beads. Three of the five are decorated with gold-coloured paint and tiny glass jewels. The largest and longest style of bead are wrapped with trails of darker glass.
It appears to be quite an old necklace and has taken some damage along the way. Three of the beads are chipped, as shown in the photos, and one appears to be missing.
As a rope length necklace, it has the flexibility to be worn as a long, single string of beads, or doubled up into two shorter strings.
