What's for sale?
This is the 1920 catalogue and price list, from Parisien horticultural supplier J C Tissot.
The catalogue is a single list, in no particular order, of tools and hardware. 48 pages of black text and line drawings.
It's mounted in a black, engineered wood frame with perspex aperture.
When framing printed memorabilia, we use originals. We don't cut or deface and use various acid free framing materials. The frame is sealed but our method of pinning makes disassembling easier, if you wanted to view the piece (it would require remounting and resealing afterwards).
Like all wall-mounted artwork, avoid hanging in sustained, direct sunlight. Indirect sunlight is fine, but the UV rays in direct sunlight can cause fading over time.
What condition is it in?
- Second-hand
- In fair condition
- There are lots of tears, creases and folds around the edges
- The pages are yellowed from age
- The cover is barely attached to the staples
