Handmade Studio Pottery Monster Mug

What's for sale?

This is a handmade, studio pottery, stoneware mug from the 1980s. It is an unusual, collectable item with a hungry pottery monster living inside and gradually eating the mug from within.

Not only that, but it is nicely finished in a pink glaze with flashes of green and blue. The pink interior fades slowly into cream colours.

What condition is it in?

• Second-hand
• In excellent condition
• No chips or cracks
• No crazing
• Sections of the rim have been eaten
