What's for sale?
This is a complete and original copy of Columbia Record Company's UK catalogue for the years 1946 to 47.
It includes the classical recordings manufactured in England for the Columbia Records’ magenta and dark blue labels, up to January 31st 1947.
The catalogue is a single list, in alphabetical order, of composer, orchestra and title. It comprises 260 pages of text.
It's mounted in a black, engineered wood frame with perspex aperture.
When framing printed memorabilia, we use originals. We don't cut or deface and use a variety of archival methods to preserve and display. The frame is sealed but our method of pinning makes disassembling easier, if you wanted to view the piece (it would require remounting and resealing afterwards).
Like all wall-mounted artwork, avoid hanging in sustained, direct sunlight. Indirect sunlight is fine, but the UV rays in direct sunlight can cause fading over time.
