This is a small, round, Delft Blue, liqueur decanter or flask with stopper.
It's from the Delft area of the Netherlands and has the typical, hand-painted decoration of the area in blue and white, with a high-gloss finish. The style is known as Delft Blauw (Delft Blue).
It has the original cork bung and ceramic top and on the cork is printed "Erven Bols Amsterdam". This style of flask has been made for a very long time, but this example is probably from the 1950s to 1980s.
What condition is it in?
