Emerald Green Apa Gazoasa Soda Siphon

What's for sale?

This is a mid to late 20th Century soda siphon from Romania, in emerald green glass.

It's a solid, heavy bottle, with a twelve-sided body, aluminium top and plastic trigger and collar. It would have been used in bars and cafes, refilled regularly and generally given a hard life.

The top can be removed and the inner tube is present and intact.

What condition is it in?

• Second-hand
• In fair to good condition
• There is a large chip on the bottom, although it is very smooth and so may be a manufacturing fault
• There are also bubbles in the glass
• The trigger works
• The top is removable and the inner glass tube is intact
• The inside is stained on the bottom

What are the measurements?

• 33cm high (13 inches)
• 10cm base diameter (4 inches)
• 1670 grams
